Delivery Terms & Conditions
All packages of in-stock items are generally dispatched within 1-2 day of receipt of payment and are shipped via Delhivery, Bluedart or Other Courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Orders containing special order, back order, or custom parts will be shipped complete once all purchased items are ready for dispatch. Please contact us to explore options for partial shipping, we’re here to keep your project moving forward! Please note that orders containing acrylic enclosures carry a 24-48hr lead time. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Please contact us should any damage occur during transport.
